These Terms govern your use of snrg.me and the services provided by SNRG Consulting, Inc. ("SNRG", "we", "us"). By using our site, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
SNRG builds and operates marketing, lead capture, automation, and communication systems for businesses. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between you and SNRG.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it to send unsolicited messages. Content on the site is owned by SNRG or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
SMS messaging program terms
By providing your mobile number on a form or to our phone line, you agree to these SMS terms:
- Program: SNRG sends text messages related to your inquiry, including follow-ups, appointment or callback coordination, and service updates.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. SNRG does not charge for the messages.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP or email geoff@snrg.me for assistance.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
No guarantees
The site and any general information on it are provided "as is" without warranties. Marketing results vary by business, market, and budget, and nothing on the site is a guarantee of specific results, leads, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SNRG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Services we deliver are governed by the separate agreement between us.
